No previous exercise experience is necessary to join. It'll be helpful to be able to get up and down off the ground as we work at different heights but modifications and variations are always offered. 

Over the years our members have adapted practices to suit their needs and recover from broken bones, soft tissue strains/tears, prolapse, pelvic floor concerns, cancer treatment challenges, and post-surgery.
