Mindful Movement Zoom Class Friday - Oct 30 (with Recording)

In this hour class, we will move, we will stretch, we will strengthen in all sorts of ways. I blend my many decades of expertise and understanding of anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, neuroscience, and behavioural change as well as intuition to create a class that is truly unique.

The October 30 class will be restorative in nature.

We'll use a door, 41-inch rubberbanditz resistance band and a yoga strap. Alternatively you can use 2-10 foot yoga straps and a door for class.
