Understanding Up Leg Down Leg

In this online session, you will learn about the up-leg and down-leg tendencies, figure out which is your up-and-down leg and how to work them together in common exercises like lunges, Bulgarian squats, step-ups and yoga poses like Warrior 1.
You will need a sturdy chair for the session.
