If you’re doing yoga or mobility work to support your running, hiking, biking or skiing pursuits this specialty class is for you!

This is an in-person class:
Wednesday, March 8 4:45-6:15 pm
Hosted at the Haysboro Community Centre in Calgary, AB

This 90 minute class teaches traditional yoga postures, sequences & breathwork in a way that directly results in better technique & performance during those forward moving things you love doing off the mat. 

If you are someone who loves skiing, running, hiking, or walking & find your performance during or recovery after isn’t what it used to be this class will help.

You’ll leave knowing:
  • ways to do common poses with a focus on athletic specific mechanisms & rotations rather then a stretch sensation 
  • what common cues or sequencing works against you, are redundant & to stop doing
  • how to do things so you get what you need at any yoga class for performance results that last
